Pulse: Unleashing
Potential
Equipping Underprivileged Youth for Job Succes and Impact
PULSE is bringing hope to the communities
Through life skills and vocational training, fostering a positive mindset, building character, discipline, and promoting community responsibility, we equip young individuals with the tools they need to secure meaningful employment while shaping a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
The PULSE program is a collaboration between churches, organisations companies and many volunteers, all doing their part to better the life of the underprivileged youth in Jeffreys Bay townships.
PULSE is a 6 weeks full time program running three times a year. Each PULSE typically has anything between 10-20 students. Between the courses other shorter period vocational skills training programs are held, such as computer skills etc.
A lot of work goes into the preparation of each school course, just as there is also a lot of following up to do to best possibly help the students succeed. The work of finding suitable internships at companies is also an ongoing process.
