We're starting a choir in the townships

Reaching out to the youth, helping and equipping them for a better future.

We've worked a long time on this and are so happy that we're finally able to share the news that we are starting a choir in Jeffreys Bay townships!

It was very difficult to find a venue that we could use for choir practice but finally we found it. We're very grateful to Pastor George Mwanza from Ithemba Church that we get to use their facilities every Monday afternoon.

The idea behind starting the choir came from our great friend Vuyo, who shared his vision of this to Filip and it just felt so right and fit perfectly into our vision of reaching out to the youth, helping and equipping them for a better future.

Too many young people are left to the streets with schools that doesn't have enough space to accommodate for all the kids and young people in Jeffreys Bay townships. They are left without education, structure, discipline and purpose.

We have started the Creative Sessions Choir to help change these kids' lives. This is a way to reach out to them, connect with them and help them to a better path for their lives.

Besides building character and discipline it also brings a lot of fun for them, giving them something to look forward to during the week.

Their next step could be PULSE that will equip them with the tools they need to find a job and work their way out of poverty.
